The past year I kind of didn't watch what I eat. 5 foot 9-10ish 170 lbs currently. I put on a nice beer belly even though I don't drink that often (1-2 days a week max) My diet was pretty poor and my caloric intake was probably 2500 a day at most (eating fast food for lunch when I had my internship) since I have been back to school, about 2 weeks....my diet has been real consistant.... Breakfast 8 AM : Bagel with Plain Cream cheese w/glass of milk Lunch 12PM: Chicken Salad on 12 Grain Bread with lettuce and tomato/side of baby carrots Dinner: Either: Chicken Breast/Tilapia/Salmon (all baked) with 4-6 portobello mushrooms and a frozen thing of creamed spinach microwaved. I have cut down on snacking, as I currently eat just these 3 meals a day. If i get real hungry in class I will bite on a small thing of nuts or trail mix. MY question: Will my calorie intake (somewhere around 1200 day) along with 15-20 mins of light jogging help me lose a good amount of weight ~10-20 lbs? I have finally set a diet for myself and want to start a workout plan to help burn fat. This motivation came from out of nowhere! HELP ME OT! BIG Thanks in advance!
