    Yup, I did that for the past year, been messing around for the past month or so though. Gonnna definitely start it up again once work slows down!

    hooped friday for 2 hours


    got my vitamins, fish oil, creatine, and groceries....ready to get back on the diet and get after it in the weight room!

    started the bb routine, did back today then ran a mile, hammy still hurts a bit but it felt so good to be serious again....will be on a m w f s schedule and walking sunday

    had an awesome chest workout, super weak, but my weight is low so that's to be expected.

    had a shoulders/bis/tris/traps day at the gym - got an hour in, hooped for 45 mins...

    giving up drinking until memorial day and giving up sweets on monday until memorial day

    walk and abs on saturday

    walk on sunday to let the hammy rest, really into this again!

    went for a 6 mile walk on saturday

    today back/abs/hoop

    pullups 4 sets 6 reps, gotta improve

    today starts no sweets and drinking

    sprained ankle friday, going to a specialist tomorrow and getting a walking boot...fuck, hopefully im not down and out for more than a month.

    the ligament (anterior talofibular ligament) tore completely, gonna be on crutches for 2 weeks, boot for 6 weeks and then rehab...welp that sucks and the vicodin was doing nothing so they gave me percocets.

    Made up my mind, after being in a boot and inactive for 2-3 weeks now, im running the Pittsburgh Marathon next year.

    Being in a walking boot BLOWS.

    did about 100 pushups, 100 crunches, side leg raises, clams, ankle exercises today

    got 2 lifting sessions in the past 3 days...

    When i'm done I'm going try to build some strength and once my leg is ready start running.

    10 more days in the walking boot, go back to doc in 3 weeks

    took the boot off (brace now), abs are no longer visible at all, gonna have to go harddddd here soon

    went over my buddys and did a circuit type deal with pullups, close grip, abs, one legged squats, bicep curls.

    past 4 days ive done something stupid with pushups in a row s=30,m=31,t=32,w=33

    getting comments on how skinny i am :( it's from muscle loss....gonna have to hit it hard once i'm all healed up

    just got back from doc, now i have to get an mri because it's still swollen and he's worried about it...god i wish this process was over...5k at the end of the month that i won't be able to run and tough mudder in august that's in jeopardy - so much frustration!

    Starting to get fat and it sucks! Ankle is still messed up, still going to rehab. Going to start lifting again consistently next week. Got the MRI last Friday and will have it reviewed next Tuesday. Also leased a car, so while some things are not going so well, other exciting things have made up for them!

    Was 200 pounds on the dot today. Not bad for not working out really, lost a lot of muscle, gained some fat, but getting back into it.

    Lifted Legs yesterday (what I could)

    bike 10 mins
    Leg Curls
    Leg Extensions
    Back Extensions
    Abs
    Adductors / Abductors
    Rehab ankle
