    fly machine 3 x12
    incline db bench 50 x 12, 55 x 12, 60 x 10
    dips 45 x 6, 45 x 6, 13,10
    weighted reverse crunches, decline sit ups, roman chair whatever
    elliptical 15 mins
    rehab

    ran a lap and it was difficult
    rehabbed
    ran a lap and it was a lot easier
    leg extensions 4x15
    one legged legpress 3 x 10
    2 x 10 squats on the stability thing
    2 x 10 lunges stability
    abbductors/adductors 2 x 20
    stiff leg db dl 55 x 12 x 3
    planks 4 x 30 each side

    weighed in at 197.8 again, same as last week, which I have convinced myself I'm happy with considering the heavy boozing on saturday and the improvement in my chest/leg workout. giving up drinking until halloween, will take pictures around the 15th

    great workout...weighed 200 pounds, but atleast i look like i have some muscle at this point, still chuggin along

    done with trying to get stronger, trying to stick to Pur's routine exactly except for leg day bc i can't even squat with no weight :( might take pics today

    Didn't put any effort into these. just snapped one and called it a day. don't feel great about it, but now i have motivation to put in more time

    busy busy busy at work, lost my id card, couldnt go to the gym last night

    at home 6 x 25 crunches, 4 x 25 pushups, ankle rehab

    final tonight then no school for two weeks!

    hit 225 x 12 @ 197... pretty happy about that
    did the rest of the workout/ abs/ 15 min elliptical/ankle rehab happy overall!!

    went to doc today, got xrays, overall he was happy w the progress.

    Everything is in line, but there is still inflammation on both sides of the ankle. He would have given me a steroid but I have a bone bruise and that could potentially mess with that. Going back in 6 months, ice, rehab, ibuprofen until then.

    back yesterday, shoulders today.... weighed in at 196 and getting stronger, still not happy at all with how i look, gonna take the diet way more serious

    current diet:

    Meal 1 7am= 2 eggs & 6 egg whites , 1/2 cup oats, 1 tbsp PB
    Meal 2 10am= tuna, 2 oz wheat pasta, olive oil, brocc OR greek yogurt
    Meal 3 12pm= 8 oz chicken, 2 oz wheat pasta, brocc, olive oil
    Meal 4 330 pm = 1 scoop protein, 1/2 cup oats
    Lift
    Meal 5 630 pm = 1 scoop protein, creatine
    Meal 6 7 pm = 8 oz chicken/beef, 2 oz pasta (if not in the morning), olive oil, brocc or spinach

    Trying to do more and more cardio as my ankle will allow me, but think i need to decrease my carbs

    just realized btfc ends dec 29 for me.... gonna up my cardio and try to do something active 6 days a week, i really enjoy winning shit so i got some extra motivation.

    I know dude, the defense is getting old and the oline strugglin def hurts. If we could draft a solid LT we will be on point. Rookie LT - Pouncey - Velasco - Decastro- Gilbert. Then we'd have backups with Beachum, Foster, Whimper which I REALLY like.
