    had a good chest day, but i gotta get outta my head and start liftin for reps rather than weight

    bb bench - bar x 20, 135 x 10, 135 x 10, 185 x 6, 205 x 6, 225 x 6, 245 x 6
    db incline - 80 x 6, 85 x 6, 90 x 6, 100 x 4 (couldnt find 95)
    flies - 3 x 12
    dips - +45 x 10, +45 + 25 x 8 , +45 +25 x 6, 10

    bird dogs & planks

    bike 10 mins (saving myself for ankle rehab tomorrow)

    legs and rehab yesterday, ankle is definitely improving, just annoying to have to deal with!

    got a new job with the University that I start on the 18th. Super pumped, it's gonna allow me to do what I want when i'm done with the mba in 1.5 years.

    Down to 190 on the button. Would love to get below my lowest of 183 by February. Just gotta stay the course over Christmas. Pics to come on the 27

    been busy, but hittin the gym everyday w lots of cardio.

    45 mins elliptical. Trying to lift and hit cardio for 45-hr a day. I was looking at what I did last time and that seemed to be successful. I fought the urge to eat out about 4 times in the past week so cravings should've gone soon.

    Gogz or ceaze(long shot I know) do you know why I feel tighter on one side when I'm doing planks w right leg in front rather than left. It differs for each side. I'm doing them like the Nebraska baseball players that gogz posted previously.

    stupid ankle has been swelling after almost 9 months, just set up an appt for a 2nd opinion

    Weighing in at 189. Trying to work a miracle and get some abs before feb 5. Def gained muscle and dropped 11 pounds so it wasn't all that bad.
