Not completely satisfied with how I look, gonna throw some carbs and creatine in and gonna try to put on some muscle. Gonna have to be careful though because i''m still working through ankle issues and i'm unable to do legs heavy, which I truly believe held me back a great deal in the contest.
got a steroid shot in my ankle and it's loosened up my ankle quite a bit. has felt really good for the past week, we'll see how long it lasts. my options were: nothing, mri/surgery, steroid. the doc suggested steroid and that's what we went with
had a great leg workout yesterday, did the bodybuilder workout.
squatting was horrible, but it was good to do the motion, i did 135 10x, 6x, 6x...just trying to get used to the motion and not put too much stress on my ankle at once.
6 mins running as well, adding a minute each time.
250 5x5 ...on last set hit 7....one more week of lifting/eating a lot then cutting for summer
had my first real lift in a while, felt freakin amazing and i'm super sore today. this kind of motivated me to get serious again when i have the time. seeing the doctor on thursday about surgery on the ankle
just bought some syntha 6 and c4 in an effort to motivate myself for the gym, try to get a lil muscle before surgery on july 1, after that i think i'll be able to get a decent physique
was gunna wait til after surgery to start the diet, but figured why wait....starting this shit up tomorrow. gonna try to log everyday about both activity and food.
Diet Today looks like this:
breakfast 7 am
1 scoop whey w/ 3/4 cup oats
2 whole eggs, 4 whites
1 can tuna
1/2 cup rice
1 tbsp olive oil
6.5 oz chicken
1/2 cup rice
2 scoops whey
1/2 cup oats
lift - will update this portion later
8 oz beef
Today is odd because I have to do something for school at 6, but other days i'll have a more normal schedule. Amped up to start this again.

Polanco is the best thing since sliced bread. Doing some serious tailgating saturday, can't wait to see him in person. Fucking humid and gross out here, but atleast the heat brought the bikinis out up here!!
