Had surgery yesterday, just trying to eat healthy while I'm laid up. It went well and now the gf is taking care of me. 2 weeks on crutches until I go back to the doctor, just enough to be annoying!

hit 225 x 10 bench @ 198 yesterday. I have something weird going on with my wrist. It's either a ganglion cyst or something similar.

how's the wrist holding up bro?

i have a cyst in my back that causes me a lot of pain, and often times shows up doing deads/squats... so i haven't done big weight for a while :hs: gotta get that looked at by a surgeon

Ouch, that sounds miserable man. Mine's actually holding up well. I added wrist wraps to the mix and it really takes the pressure off. I think it's shrunk since I started doing that. Good luck with yours, I know how brutal it can be.

Honestly, it's just because I don't have good endurance. My left shoulder gets weak from an old injury and so I play it safe. In the end, it really just depends on what exercise I start with.

bis/tris/shoulders/forearms yesterday 1.5 hours, 10 min treadmill incline

Putting on weight, but in a good way. Been adding good calories and eating pretty clean. Should make it easier to drop in the coming months.

finished grad school, got a solid new job and getting back in the gym. finally realized i can do barbell squat if i put 5 lb weights under my heels since my ankle lacks mobility. feels good to get back into the swing of things. also looking to move in with the gf in the next month, should be interesting

Thanks man. Staying in the burgh for now, but this job has a lot of opportunity so i'm hoping to do an international assignment for a year or so. How's everything been on your end?
