    lifted legs sat...still babying the wrist. haven't been great lately on the diet. shooting to have a perfect diet week with one cheat meal on saturday.

    great gym sesh...overheard some guy who was about 12 or 13% bf say he was 6%...almost started laughing at him

    Pretty happy with that. Starting to gain muscle, lose fat, and look better overall.

    Today went on a 30 minute walk and stretched.

    just went through hell for 8 days with this thing called hand foot mouth. Couldn't eat anything or leave the house. This type of stuff really makes you appreciate your health and ability to work out...back on the workout train

    203. Down from 219. Did work over the holidays. Going to get a cortisone shot in the ankle and go to town in the gym to get ready for the wedding.

    Finally a good excuse to start cutting harder...the new year. Joining a new gym and currently sitting at 208.

    Joined the new gym and had a great workout. I weighed myself here and came in at a heavy 214. Even more weight to lose :). I'm going to start the bodybuilding workout with the same splits, but for today I did a full body workout due to some planned travel this week.

    Walked for 20 minutes today after the workout.

    212... legs... 13 minute walk. Sore hip flexor, ankle, and shoulder, but good workout.

    Heaviest I've gone in 2 + years by a lot. First time having a spotter in that long and man it makes it much easier. I think if I did my reps in a diff manner I could hit 300 no problem.
