I have had some shoulder soreness/pain. About a year ago I went to the doctor and he told me it was tendonitis...never went back due to school. Anyways....I was watching a video over in Bodybuilding.com and some IFBB guy said the doctor told him to keep his bicep warmed up inorder to not hurt your shoulders. This is inbetween chest and shoulder routines. so to do a simple bicep superset while working chest. What do you think?
