After I bench press my biceps get really sore, is this normal, cause I never thought it was
Umm..I'm not a professional, but I dont think there's too much bicep recruitment when bench pressing..Perhaps it's radiating pain from your shoulder or elbow? Is it the actual muscle that hurts or is it general soreness in that area?
I didn't think it was normal either, hence the thread.
On second though its more of a fatigue, but its defintiely the bicep. I can also feel somethe same in my tricep, which is normal
Are you pulling the bar together instead of pulling it apart?
