so i finally did a semi endurance challenge for my self = 1 way trip = 112km, total 125km really this bike trip is nothing, when you think of people who do tour de france, iron man, etc etc... so its inspiration that keeps you moving... we even met a family with kids, that biked so far 600km from switzerland, with camp gear on their bikes. ... ahh the secret to european people being thin! The path morning.. 8am 1 cup yogurt + whey and soem almonds 9am 3 various pancakes with diced apples, natty strawberry jam, low fat cotage cheese, 1 stew leonards coffee First stop the hague, mexican restaraunt 40k. i ate 4 grill chicken fajitas on forward to AMS, we find out holland does have some hills.. stupid parade got in our way... energy break.. 1 apple, and strawberry smoothie 100k mark on cycle computer AMSTERDAM!!!!! the reward... rodizio brailian meat buffet!! for 27 euros a person.. i ate about 800g of meat... 2 glasses red wine and a coffee to add soo what i thought was a small red paprika turned out to be a real fucking hot brazillian pepper... which i ate whole, teared up so bad and turned red as if i was pepper maced recommended.. a brazillian gf, you will eat well the rest of your life celebration drinks at a bar in RLD. i jsut had a coffee, i dont like beer the map took train home, biked 13km home, took 500mg niacin to flush out all the cholestorol i injested, shower and slept like a king end of story.
