i recently started the bill starr 5x5 workout for the purpose of adding some mass to my legs. correct me if im wrong, this would be the best routine for building legs, right? anyway, the madcow version alternates between rows, deads, squats, bench, and military press, as you all know... is it ok for me to work out my calves as well with this? and also, would it be ok to do some pushups every day or would that be overkill? thanks in advance.
