I had no idea it was somthing bad... like yeah i thought you could get fat and crap but I kinda just do it. I started like 4 weeks ago. Im not sure why but when I eat I eat what everyone else eats X2. While i used to get a burger and fries from capital lunch i now get 2 burgers and 2 fries, instead of 2 sandwhiches i go for 4. One school lunch went to two. I think about it somtimes and just tell myself its a good thing and im just growing, but then i heard binge eating and that its related to some other things. Do you guys think there is a reason im doing this even if i dont know why im doing it. Somtimes im like, one dinner plate would be nice, then i go ahead and get a second one. Im not obese or fat, actually kind of small but my size is fine for me at the moment. So why i started eating so much everytime i eat i have no idea. I eat till im full, then eat till i feel like its enough. As for my life, im feel the way ive been feeling for the last year or so. Alone, Angry and Empty. So why this would pop up out of nowhere is confusing me. Its probably nothing to worry about though. My main question aside from weight gain is, is it bad for me? I don't throw up or anything or get sick I just eat ALOT.
