nope i found the full price to be a bit absurd considering that it was being described as essentially dlc

more self healing from wounds and more ways to apply wounds, also the melee aoe attack can be used frequently if you're brawling up close with more than one player

if you play JQ what you need to do is shout right before engaging and then try to knife someone to fly to you while you're engaging with the enemy tank and then immediately do a carnage. then weave quick melees in with your shots, try to keep wounds on as many players near you as possible and use carnage on cooldown. you get ult fast as fuck too so use charge to reposition as much as possible.
