I know a few of you have had shoulder issues in the past, so I'm running this past you guys.. I plan on going to my sports doc after the first of the year (changing insurance plans, and it'll be cheaper out of pocket...$20 for the visit vs $200). This Dr participates in weight lifting and bodybuilding personally, so I trust him.. Anyway whenever I do side or front delt raises, I get a bizarre pain in back of my shoulder and sometimes feels like its closer to my lat. This is on my left side. It's not there when I'm light, but when I start going heavier, it's definitely there is and is starting to effect my lifts. It's slight, so I can live with it, but I still need to get it checked out. Any insight?
