chest like whoa
day before yesterday
all sorts of chest
210 right now
I royally fucked up my back clearing my driveway. oh well. at least i didn't have a choice.
walked 30 min really slow
walked for around an hour
back is better. i'm getting to be ninja-like in my rehab skills
back is getting better
went last night too
light volume flies and bench stuff
walked 2x today for around 50 min total
focused on on delts and lats
light back/trap shit
woke up with back muscle spasming like whoa
walk 20 min
took it easy, did volume machine and cable flies, pullovers, and some planks
still around 210 i guess, also noticed visible ab separation for the first time in my life
I've missed like three days in here
did some shit last night, workout sucked because the gym was full of fucking tools. i hate going at night.
today, walked a bit, did some light legs, and abs
giving my upper body a rest. probably overtraining a bit.
