    On my leg days I have been doing leg presses for volume, not weight. The lumber pressure is light, and lateral instead of vertical. Throw in some extensions (also for volume more than weight), ham curls, glute kickbacks, and calf raises.

    Also open to other ideas :hsd:

    Honestly Im done squatting, single leg work has been my replacement and Im not looking back. A lot easier on my back than trying to 315 for sets of 10. I also do a bunch of high volume leg press/extensions and curls as well. Also Im here for Ceaze's answers.

    Single Leg RDL
    Reverse Lunges


    Usually finish up with some 1.5rep goblet squats, leg curls leg press and leg extensions.

    was going to do some real pressing today but i woke up and my r. shoulder was achy so i did my other chest shit

    got under a bar for the first time in ? and squatted 135 for shits, felt ridiculously unstable compared to goblets...and it didn't feel good either. oh well.

    or just do high volume

    6x10 Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Leg Press and Calves and do like 30s rest between sets.
