    did like 12 sets of cable flies at varying heights
    pec deck
    pullovers hurt so i skipped

    about a million sets of rope/straight bar/v bar pushdowns

    been doing some reading about old school bbing and physical culture shit. seems like so much basic knowledge is simply ignored. i am going to try to start working some of that shit into my lifts.

    On my daily commute home, I have to walk by the brand new beer garden they just opened down the block from me. It's always filled with happy people, who get off work at 5pm and get to have cheap burgers and guzzle steins full of fizzly hoppy nectar, and one day I will set it ablaze

    well my neck had been getting better until this shoulder thing hit

    lot's of stress in my life lately is not helping :hs: i'll give the shoulder a couple weeks and see what happens
