So I re-aggravated an old injury to my bicep so I've completely laid off back + bi work to let it heal. I bought myself a mountain bike for christmas so I've been doing way more cardio in place of it. So basically my routine has gone from weights 4x a week and cardio 1-2x to weights 2x a week and cardio 3-4x. Despite this, my body fat (as measured on my Tanita scale) has steadily been marching upwards for the past month. Is this normal and will it drop back down? I guess I should be cutting calories a bit eh? I eat ~2400 / day and I'm tiny @ about 150.
