Over Thanksgiving and Winterbreak I wont have access to a weight room. So, what are good ones to do. I know basic ones like pushups, jumping jacks, body squats, situps, dips, calf raises. What back exercises could I do? I can fill my bookbag with a bunch of shit for weight and use that for some resistance on some exercises and such. What else is there and how I should I set up a routine? Thanks!
