    Pulldowns: 150x10x3rest/pauses
    FSquat: 135x10x2
    Leg Press: 1 set of failure @ 405
    10 pound ball jump n catch: 80 times

    Warm up squats: 3 sets of 8 at 135
    Squats: 3x3-225, 275, 315; 3x1 - 365, 385, 405
    BB rows: 4x12-135
    Reverse Hypers: 4x8
    Pulldowns: 3x8 - 160
    Abs: 4x12 w/15lbs ball
