im pretty good in my stomach area and the upper portion of my body is trim and fine... but past my hips and it all goes down hill. i think my thighs and whatever else are a bit bigger than i'd want them to be, for my size and my weight. i kind of look out of proportion and thickset when im really not i was told just to run... but i dont wanna get really crazy and muscular either gross thighs either. just leaner in that area. hm?
