bought 3/5 drop for my '96 dakota. 715 fuckin dollars
for just a 3/5 drop.....i spent maybe 200 for my 5-7 drop on my chevy truck
715 bucks! On what? Spindles and blocks? Coils?
I can lower my Explorer for like $30
Did that come with some head?
Geez... Get a truck
I Lifted my Jeep ~7" for $600...
it came with front spindles and coils, rear hanger kit and 1" block. 4 new blistien drop shocks too
not so bad for all that then. I guess I'm lucky that all I needed to buy was spindles and blocks for my truck.
yeah it was like 550$ without shocks, and i wouldve been all over the road with my stock ones on there
you chevy and ford owners can spend less on your lift and drop kits because there a dime a dozen to everyone, dodge comes 3rd in the aftermarket world so of course its gonna cost more, but for my drop on my 97 dakota it cost me 350 cdn, for 2 inch springs and 3 inch blocks, but i just spend another 500 cdn on 3 inch a arms, and 5 inch shackle hanger kit, and a custom 6 inch cnotch kit, so total will be 5/5 drop with maybe a 1 inch block to bring it to a 5/6
good taste my friend. I love that body of dakota. Props on the originality.
Lift kits for those Dakotas are $$$ too. There are only about 2 companies making them too.
Make sure you post some pictures when you're done! What part of WI are you in?
yea ill definately post some pics, but i forgot to take before pics i got a few "during" pics, and ill take some after pics. its almost done, i just have to put on the rotor and brake calipers.
