Your thoughts on them?
you'll be ripped in 2 months
More like broflex am i rite
they're prolly ok if u dont want to be muscular or get strong
not that bad for someone getting into training, the resistance will become very minimal after a few months of using it and there's nothing else you can do about it. if you train/eat properly you could achieve a decent beach body
IMO it's overpriced and limited, so I'd never recommend one to anyone. if you come across a good deal, have the space for it, and have minimal goals then go for it
bowflex = rip off
I'm with this guy. If you don't want to be strong definitely get a bowflex.
You should have just asked about p90x.
You are much better off just getting an olympic bench/weights/and a power cage. It is probably cheaper too.
great for martial arts... you don't want to get huge muscles and get gasses
NO ONE should buy any home equipment unless you've been training for at least a year at the gym IMO. 99% of that shit gets used once then takes up space in your house by idiots who arent dedicated in the slightest. If you cant handle going to the gym then why would you workout at all at home?
most everything has been said about them already. restricted in just about every way. it would be very hard to achieve anything of note
it's fine if you actually use it and just want to stay in shape.
ignore most of FN. they all want to win the mr. olympia and set world records.
will you get jacked off of it? no. but you never said that was your goal, so I assume you just want to stay 'fit.'
Free weights> that shit.
fuck eyah bowflex and aifm get a nigga yoked as amofucak
