nothing, a leg drive is important to bench
no, but if you bench while having a massive erection it will reduce gyno.
when I bench, I move my legs in a bicycle pedaling motion.
im all about the ass drive when i bench but sometimes the pressure gives me the mudbutt
takes out leg drive, helps to isolate the chest and take other muscles outta the equation

How is putting your legs in the air anything like a board press?
I do it when my lower back is bothering me. I put my feet on the bench and my back doesn't ache. I don't do it normally however.
maybe he thinks your bring your legs up and put your face between your shins and use your legs like boards.
i dont see anything worng w/ ppl doing that, it makes sense to isolate the muscles your actually working if you want to focus on them getting stronger. benching 300 w/ legs up> benching 300 w/ leg drive cuz it adds external energy not provided by the set of muscles primarily being worked.
i think he just means it's a different type of bench pressing movement, not that they are similar..but that they are different than doing a standard press
