9,000 sit ups a day.
then you can eat whatever you want and still have abs.
step one, get very thin so you can see abs
step two, get ab muscles with ab exercise
step three, realize you look like a skinny faggot with a 6 pac
step four, kill yourself
sometimes 10,000 if i take Cell Tech that day.
8 min abs
Ab Ripper X
ab ripper x
this is really the only ab workout youll need...its near impossible on your first try btw
ab LOUNGE...just chill and do no work, lounge the fuck out and get ripped
he said he wanted an ab workout, not a visible six pack, maybe he is just trying to strengthen his abs
YOU MUST BE NEW HERE
i saw this new shit on TV yesterday. You kneel on the fuckin pad and then swing back and forth and somehow you get an instant 14 pack or some dumb shit.
I'm on step three. Can I skip step four?
look into DeFranco's ground ab circuit
40 nohomos, 10 hail timbers and you're forgiven
are you fucking serious?
skip step four and see what happens mother fucker

I live in the American Gardens Building on W. 81st Street on the 11th floor. My name is not Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
