First off a little background. EDIT ADDED NEW PICS For the past two years I had been pretty much obsessed with my job and was working a lot of 6am - 9pm days buying fast food breakfast lunch & dinner this made it easy for me to balloon from 200 to 270 pretty fast. In June of last year the company I worked for shutdown & I was laid off. I Started working with a company that allowed me to make my own schedule and I bought a 2 year membership to 24 hr fitness with the goal of getting back in shape. I knew that just going to the gym alone wouldn't be good enough so I started on the Mens Health TNT Diet LINK since it looked like it could be easy enough to follow even if I had to grab something on the run. After 8 months of work I'm currently sitting at 210 (This was from a 80's party miami vice ftw) Although I've lost a lot of fat & feel so much better already my goal is to get down to ~9-10% body fat (I fucking hate these love handles). I Currently work out every day, some days weights & cardio some days just cardio. The problem is I don't have a routine as for the weights I just go to a few machines and do the same shit every other day, and cardio is mostly just full court basketball. My diet is still TNT but its not exactly what they recommend all I eat is pretty much protein with some fat(ex. chicken breast w some melted cheese or I grab a couple double stacks & toss the bread) a lot of days I only eat 2 meals as I just skip breakfast. I also don't drink the protein shakes that I probably should be drinking. So Brolys help me! recommend me a work out plan & a meal plan(I dont mind eating no carbs/sugar), I guess I should be eating 5-6 times a day Cliffs: Lost 60pounds but need a new meal plan & workout plan as my current plans are all over the freaking place.
