Im brand new to weight training and I have never trained before in my life. I was searching for workout routines etc, and came upon one of the only bruce lee weight training books published. he never really gave his routine, but in this book he gave his exact routine. I joined a local gym a very nice gym, with great equipment and a great staff. IT has been only about 1 month since i joined, and I had an increase in almost 13 lbs, and im starting to see results such as some bulk and definition. While im still not fit 6'2" only weighing 165 lbs Im feeling better and looking better. I have to post some pics and get the title of the book if anyone is interested, But the routiine has worked great so far and im very pleased.
