All 3 120mm Fan AIO (most common) coolers will fit this case, and any ATX case (including this one) will fit that motherboard.i'm not against getting a new case. actually i kind of prefer a new case because i want the power supply at the bottom.
can you recommend a case that will fit an AIO for this CPU and this mobo?

I built in the fractal north with side mounted 280mm AIO to keep enough front space to clear a long gpu. You can get a 360mm in the front if you’re not using a 4080/4090.i'm not against getting a new case. actually i kind of prefer a new case because i want the power supply at the bottom.

This case here (that many OT'ers love) has aftermarket bamboo fronts on etsy, apparently, if you want that aesthetic.

North
North reimagines the gaming PC, introducing natural materials and bespoke details to make gaming a stylish addition to the living space. Fusing design and airflow engineering, the case features fine-patterned mesh ventilation and an open front with real walnut or oak panels. The design is...www.fractal-design.com
oh damn, those lian li clones were the fucking tits back in the day. wanted one sooo fucking bad around 2000~found the case i have, i looked up the motherboard part number in my email and found the original order. i was way off....built this in 2007.
the top door/cover is not on there, i never installed it.

the mesh version of the north comes with a Side bracket for 2 x 140mm fanshow is that cooler connected to the case? i know screws are holding it in, but i assume it is using standard holes? does it ship with brackets?
can an AIO cooler work in my current case or are specific cases needed?

Lol! Who didn't use a variation of that case back in the day. I have a bright green version of this in my basement.
That old full tower case you linked?interesting, so that AIO won't work with my case unless i want to start customizing it.
how do you know which cases are compatible.
That old full tower case you linked?
That thing has next to no airflow.
You need a modern case.
Hi, it’s me, that guy.air coolers just not enough for these new chips
i recommended a powerful air cooler to a guy here on a fuckin i5 and it wasn't enough to keep it cool.
Probably the majority of enthusiast midtower cases currently on sale will allow at least 1 360mm rad and 1 240mmoh yeah i forgot about that. i actually noticed that immediately when i took the side of the case off (earlier), but between then and asking the question, i was on a few calls and forgot all about the airflow thing.
how do i know which cases can accept an AIO mount/bracket?
Get something that has a front mesh. It's fairly standard these days.oh yeah i forgot about that. i actually noticed that immediately when i took the side of the case off (earlier), but between then and asking the question, i was on a few calls and forgot all about the airflow thing.

Sorry my guy, I was like the others here and figured it would be okayHi, it’s me, that guy.

Common offerings:
Corsair 4000/5000D AIRFLOW
Phanteks P300/400A
NZXT H510 FLOW
Cooler Master NR600
Fractal Torrent variants
And yes, my 13600K laughed at the Deepcool AK620.
But I undervolted that bitch and it runs nice now. 🤌
I don't get what you mean. Put the radiator as intake on fronti was looking at this, it has front mesh, but the side where the cooler would be mounted would be facing glass. however, i see that there are tubes between the heatsink and the fans, i assume that allows for the fans to be mounted to another part of the case...?
i wouldn't want the air blowing out towards the front of the case, i want fans in the front to suck air in and push it through the case.
