wait, i don't want RGB fans....



it has a RGB controller, can i just not use that or set it to one color and shut off if i don't want it...?

presuambly you can just turn the function off. or just don't plug the RGB connectors. most RGB fans also have a 3 or 4 pin RGB cable to plug into motherboards or controllers, independent from the fan control.

13700k is objectively btter than the 12900k in every way unless its cheaper

I had been thinking of doing the same since I built mine in 2014 but decided to just upgrade the ram since I had only built it with 8gb back then.

It's an i5 4670k oc'd to 4.5, ssd, 1060gtx, etc.. the 16gb upgrade made a decent enough difference that i don't even care to upgrade for a while. and it was only $40. i don't even game anymore.

it fits, which is good, but he lost me at AIO pump and VRM heat sink, why wouldn't it fit, isn't it the same piece?

The vrm heatsinks on the mother oard sometimes are real chunky and can interfere with the pump on the cooler

I built in the fractal north with side mounted 280mm AIO to keep enough front space to clear a long gpu. You can get a 360mm in the front if you’re not using a 4080/4090.
