So I fucked up and didn't update my address when I placed my order on monday evening so it was shipped to my old address. I immediately sent an email reply to the autoresponder asking if they could fix the address. I assumed that it wouldn't even go through on my credit card since it's not the right address. I get a no such email/mailer-daemon response and then I look up the orders address and send another email. So I get a response tuesday in the afternoon the next day: order shipped out before then, got to the email, and it will be $10 dollars to have ups change the address. I reply the wednesday morning, yes that's fine. Package is still 2 hops from my city. Next day, order arrives at wrong address, no reply. Now, ok I fucked up. Fair enough, but there are a billion places in the world where I can get whey protien. I can drive across the street and pay a few bucks more, I can pay out the ass while I get a smoothie, whatever. I order online because It's marginally less hassle than getting off my ass and paying a little more. But now this is way more hassle than driving accross the street for an order that shouldn't have even been processed by my CC company. I'd bet money your average customer at BN recieved more than $10 worth of free stuff from Mike back in the day, but now they couldn't even fix a $10 problem which I would have gladly paid for, which they could have avoided all together. This is the difference between everyone going to you and being another failing suppliment company. Ok, I done bitching.
