high intensity with short intervals, or longdistance ect..
Havnt done cardio for over a year
But i will be doing cardio in 7 months... summer gives me more time to eat properly and such
i do 30 min of low-med intensity cardio on the horizontal bike on 3 of my 4 off days.
I do it mainly cause its my only chance to read.
NO cardio. Sometimes i'll run for a mile or two but its rare and it fucks up my knees.
I'll start doing cardio when my gym gets a giant tire to flip around
I want one of those bikes with the fan on it.
sprints (while carrying something)
Maybe once a week. I might run a mile or two.
4 times a week now
I am off of cutting, it's fucking stupid
sometimes i'll have a cute girl hop on my back and i'll run up the stairs at the stadium, but thats about it.
hardly to no cardio? how are your endurance levels?

Mine aren't the greatest. I'm currently about 50-60 lbs over my natural bodyweight so I am kinda struggling with the extra weight at times. I'm slowly getting into better shape though
cause i had been lifting for about a month with little cardio and i felt like my coordination/balance ect was worse... besides if i am bulking i dont wanna be burning "hard earned" muscle haha
I just started bulking hardcore 3 days ago, no cardio yet though I want too, I feel fat as fuck and I'm starting to look fat as fuck, this bulk will probably last about 2 weeks
25 minutes of spin bike/recumbant bike/step class per day, my weight training teacher won't take no for an answer. Add 1-2 hours of football practice daily to that.
I haven't gained any weight in the past 2 months due to this amount of exercising, but I haven't lost any either.
I am, i just have some issues i need to iron out...
eliptical 30min 4 days a week after weights
