I'm starting week 4 and I've only gained like.. 3 pounds
217 september, 230 today nigga .. went from cut to bulk
I weighed 192 today, also.
Started yesterday at 194
How are those love handles looking?

Current 208...being sick over the weekend kept me from eating enough.

My stomach sticks out as far as my pecs.
im thinking of hitting 200 and stopping there. itll be amazing how much weight will be gained by oters after thanksgiving
i'm bulking but i somehow managed to lose 5lbs after i ran out of whey protein for a week

this includes about ~6 weeks off due to injury in august/sept, a period in which i went from 170 back down to 161.
I stopped using whey about a month ago and i've gained weight. i just eat more, tuna, eggs and cottage cheese instead.

Lowest I have on film was like 165ish, but I was pretty ripped. Just a lot skinnier.

Im not sure how to approach bulking. Being a former fatty, I'm afraid of getting fat again
