I was doing real well for a while on the bulking, eating a shitload, started to gain weight. Put on 16 lbs, but then my appetite just shit out. Now I have a hard time getting 3 squares a day... I heard something about crashing from taking in too many calories a day, and not being able to keep it up.. when bulking I was doing almost 5k calories a day. Now granted my MS fucks with my appetite too, and it could very well be related to that. But is there any truth to this bulking crash thing?
