15 years old, 132lbs, 5'11. Current short term goal is 10lbs in 1 month. So far today I've had (In N Out) 3 Cheeseburgers Animal Style (480+ Calories/Each) Fries Animal Style/Well Done (400+ Calories) Large Pepsi Muscle Milk 2 Hot Pockets (380 Calories Each) I'm also trying to eat as much protein as I can. Eating this much, plus another snack later and dinner tonight, is my 10lb in 1 month goal reasonable? I'm also working out/lifting heavier. Forgot to add I'm also in 5g of creatine a day.
