What do you guys think of the weight distribution I am putting on? In end of 2003 this what my body composition: Body Composition Skin fold Chest: 4 Abs: 10 Thigh: 15 bf 8% weight 152 lbs height 6'1 and here is what it is now: Body Composition Skin fold Chest: 12 Abs: 15 Thigh: 32 bf 16.9% weight 190 lbs height 6'1 so after about 1.5 years i put on 40lbs, and by my calcualtions its 50% fat 50% muscle? am i putting on too much fat compared to muscle or should i stick with same routine? i just started taking cee in April so I put on the last 8lbs or so within the past 5 weeks. my goal is to bulk to about 225 by end of summer, i just hope i dont go over 20% bf.
