I am going to start my diet about Janurary 20th, because I am going on a cruise in middle of June. Anyway, I plan on bulking until then, dirty bulk because ya know, I like food! Well my question is how often should I lift? I was thinking doing 2 on 1 off. Day 1 - Back/Biceps Day 2 - Shoulders Day 3 - Off Day 4 - Legs Day 5- Chest/Triceps Day 6 - Off Day 7 - Back/Biceps and so forth. Since I plan on pigging out on a ton of protein and such, that should be ok?
