I made one that I've been using for the last two weeks. But I'm afraid I might get sick of it after awhile. Post some good ones here. My current: 8oz yogurt 8oz 2% milk 2-3 egg whites 2 whole eggs 1 1/2 cup oats 1 large banana 3-4 TBSP Natty PB 1.5-2 scoops Whey I blend yogurt, milk, eggs, and oats first to mash up the oats. Barely noticeable when I do this. Then I add banana and PB. Blend While Blending I add whey so it doesn't collect on the sides.
