So yeah I've been stuck at around 235 for a couple weeks. It doesn't bother me because the new weight (up from 180 in March) was killing my knees and these couple weeks of stagnation has allowed them to adjust and now i'm fine In any case, even during my large weight gain my arms/delts are so fucking stubborn. They never grow! I've tried not training them directly and that got nowhere (they appeared to get even smaller) . I've tried totally blasting them multiple days a week (seemed to have the best results doing this but I still didn't put on much size at all) and I've tried everything in between. Suggestions? I feel so fucking fat and cannot wait to hit like 260 so I can cut and be happy.
