Hey guys, this is my first post in this forum and I'm not exactly fitness savvy so excuse anything stupid I say So here's the deal, I'm trying to make the basketball team at my highschool (Jr. Varsity, Freshmen year.) I'm 6'0" and I weigh 130 I'm looking to gain some weight to at least become a power forward for the team. Now, the power forward from last year was something like 6'1", 180. What do you guys reccomend? I've heard about bulking, but I'm not exactly sure how to go about. Can you guys give me some tips? Thanks!
