really really. Squats are hands down the best exercise period for most anything leg/butt related. Leg curls are good for the booty alot.
i saw a milf squatting today. her ass was probably one of the nicest i've seen.
girls squatting gives me a hard on. Instantly.
I would tend to agree, but I would never recommend any of those to a newbie... I'm thinking like a personal trainer here, you dont wanna confuse people. Also, I dont feel any ass work from any variation of deadlift.
Full, atg olympic squats and stiff leg deadlifts.
1) I agree 99% with you, I just ment it as an example because PTs shouldnt try to scare new people out with crazy, non standardized exercises, in theory.
2)I'm fairly sure I'm doing them with perfect form, I feel it in my lower back most of all, then in my upper rear hamstrings. not really in my glutes
squattin kills everything between feet and hips for me
that's what's wierd, I do squeeze my ass every single rep, pushing my shoulders back and my pelvise forward slightly, but my ass is never sore after or the next day... only on leg day it gets sore
Barbell squats are not the best for the glutes
sumo deads always get me butthurt the next day

Stiff leg deads kill my glutes and squats......my ass goes on fire...
single leg exercises rule for hitting the glutes: bulgarian squats, lunges, single leg squats, single leg RDLs....and all of their variations
