should i just get a roll of black & a roll of white?
Just buy the factory.
Yes. What will you be carrying them in? When I buy ours, I take my wife's RX330. The paper barely fits the length of the car and allows the back deck lid to barely close. Shits huge!
Mine stays indoors
I bought a 9 foot roll from my friend the other day. i had it coming out the windows of my supra
i shouldve taken a pic.
where do you guys go to get this stuff?
our RX300, actually.
the wife has a QX4 (pathfinder) .. maybe that would be better.
local photography store.
calumet is having free shipping on everything right now, though ... it was only $6 more per roll (including tax) to buy it locally. figured i'd do that, and not worry about UPS messing with my paper
I have to squeeze it in from to bottom right hand corner of the windshield, sit it over the front and rear seats, and feed it from the back of the car. Don't know if it'll fit in yours without groing out a window, but give it a shot! Might work, who knows.
I know I can't carry it in my tacoma without it hanging out the back.
Don't order it, you'll get raped by shipping.
buy PVC carrying pipe with screw on ends
put on roof rack
Why? I'll just fit it in the wife's lexus
I can get 10" boards in the back of the suburban with the seats folded down
i'm not to the point of needing it yet, but I would rather find it locally too. I'm sure there's a store around here...somewhere I guess
thats why I picked it up off my buddy
The school gave me two full rolls 4.5 wide paper. Full as in 90ft.
i'd just get seamless white and 22% gray
definitely get grey, it's the most versatile BG.
I've been thinking of getting either a middle grey background to put up on a stand....or a roll of seamless
White FTW, then use a quick shutter speed and light/subject placement to make it grey or black if you want.
I haven't been able to make my white seamless turn black yet.
Get one of each? Seamless sells for around 45 for a 9 foot roll. I have like 5 laying in odd corners of the house.
yeah, but trying adding a gel to a white BG to get a rich color.... it won't happen, the white makes everything look like a pastel.
