After 1 month *STRICLY* caffiene and sugar free, (No starchy carbs, nothing that converts to sugar or whatever) there has been no change in my zits but actually they have become a bit WORSE. What I did was VERY similar to the Atkins diet. First off, I don't have BAD acne, it's just kinda noticeable and annoying. It's not cystic or anything serious. After reading how some people say after they quit drinking coke/coffee their zits went away, I thought it had to be the combination of the two that was causing it, so off I go on my "Bye bye zits!" escapade. No luck, it's bullshit, the positive side of not consuming the 2 is that I lost a few pounds. Just thought I would share this with you guys so you don't waste your time on it. I'm now on a extremely low red-meat, no dairy products, high fruit/vegetable/nuts/fish/grain fed chicken escapade. I'll report back in a month or so.
