cal question

    im about 200lb and im trying to gain muscle. so would i want to consume approx 2000 cal or more since im lifting?

    how are the turnouts if i eat lower cal?
    same question for higher cals?

    you're kind of a fatty from what i remember seeing..

    since you're fatty and noob, you can eat about maintenance and still probably manage to lose fat and gain muscle, but it wont last long..decide whether you want to cut or bulk and just do that.
