Like the title says, it is time I get into some kind of shape. Currently I am 6'1" 210 lbs and want to drop some weight, but gain some muscles. I am currently very weak (max bench is like 160-170) and fairly "round" as can be seen in this picture ('m on the right BTW)I Ya, I know, pie eating contest with ex roomate, not a way to help myself out. So now for the advice I am asking for. What are some good sets to do to help myself (as in what kind of workout schedule should I have)? What is a good diet or food schedule to eat? What kind of foods should I stay away from? What are some good supplements to take? (I have been looking into taking vitamins, CR5, and a fat burner.) And anyother advice yall can give, I need help bad, I'm tired of being the fatass.
