Why would you deny yourself something you want?
I cant imagine they are accurate. If I run 20 min HIIT on a treadmill, (usually about 1.2-1.5 miles) it registers about 110-130cals. If I run the same on an elliptical it registers like 220-250cals.
Is there any level of accuracy to these counters?
