Cottage cheese is wonderful.

its loaded with caesin, and some whey and some other nutrients too boot.
I would stick with Cottage Cheese.
toss some canned peaches (or fresh if you can) in and mix it up, itsw delicous
i ordered 2 lbs of casein...just the thought of cottage cheese makes me want to vomit
i tuna, but i dont think i'll ever come around for the cheese the texture...the salty/sweet mix,
Fuckin word itd be perfect if it was cheaper, but since I only use it once a day for my nighttime shake it kinda works out since I dont think you can get the same ammount of protein from the cottage cheese for the price over a months time, though I could be and probably am wrong.
anybody know what musclemilks whey:casein ratio is, i bet i can match it with whey and milk
