Just do 5x5 of every lift you can think of. Youll be fine.
Squat 5x5 (5th set should be 5RM)
Dead 5x5 (same)
Bench 5x5 (same)
Incline Bench 2x12-20
Light Squat or Lunges 4 sets (if you're doing lunges, 8 each leg or 16 total)
Good Mornings 3x8-12
Military Press 5x5 (5RM)
Pullups 4 sets, to failure each set
Dips 4 sets, 12 each time then add weight
Squat Note: YOU CUNT SHITTING SKEETRAGS 5 sets, with 5 reps each... except the 5th set should be your 3RM. If you can still do more then 3 reps your 5th set, go until you can only get 3 reps up. This 3RM will then be your weight you should use on your 5th set on Monday.
Tricep Extensions 2x12-20
Bent Over Row 5x5
Incline Bench 5x5

it's not 5x5......you just work up to a 3RM

eh fuck it, that's what I do and my weights been going up. I'll leave good enough alone.
