Im looking for serious replys. I have been reading around in here and not finding much of what I really want to know. Im not trying to "diet" to lose a bunch of weight. I just want to eat heathly. I have stoped drinking soda's and now only drink water with an occasional gateraid. I reading that 5-6 meals per day is a good way to start. What do you eat? PeanutButter Fruit Veggies Eggs Yogert Cottage Cheese What are the amounts you eat? I mean sitting down and eating a whole jar of peanut butter can't be good. Any help would be great or links to other sites.
