You are gonna get some fat. How much fat you put on is gonna depend on how you are eating and how far above your maintenance calories you are. Start with 500 above maintenance for a couple of weeks, if you dont have gain any weight, bump the calories up some
Fat/muscle gain or loss is totally dependent on your diet.....lifting weights won't make you gain fat
so if Im about 180 should be eating about 2500 calories? 60% protien, 30% carbs 10% fat?
not if you're trying to gain mass
Higher calories? I figured 10 * body weight = 1800 + 500 or so round up to 2500?
just go ahead and give up now

if bodyweight times 10 for 2500 round up minus 500 is 1800, you're not going to gain muscle
