    just tell her since you only have one ball, you need to have sex twice as much to make up for the other one thats missing

    This shouldn't be hard to figure out either, there's two parts in the reproductive systems for a reason, there are more "backups" in the female reproductive system than the male, it's all about perpetuation of the species, whihc I'm starting to think more and more that it should be that way.

    although you may be joking with that post, it's still bad advice. having sex twice as frequently will result in sperm counts that are lower than normal.

    you can definitely have kids with 1 balls. a good friend of mine who is single balled has 2 kids.

    Ditto - my uncle lost one to testicular cancer when he was in his 20s, now he has 2 kids and is in his 40s.
